Ohio's largest American island. Anchor in the state park, tie up downtown, then walk to the Glacial Grooves, the wineries and lakeside restaurants. Excellent day-trip from Sandusky.

The party of the Great Lakes. Transient dockage in the harbor; walk to Perry's Victory Monument, downtown restaurants, and the caves.

The oldest continuously operating lighthouse on the U.S. side of the Great Lakes (1822). Iconic on the north side of the bay entrance.

The 1867 pier-head light at Cedar Point marks the south side of the bay entrance. Best viewed from the water.

Perry's Victory & International Peace Memorial

Towering column on South Bass Island commemorating the 1813 Battle of Lake Erie. Take the elevator to the observation deck.
